At Binisha Essentials, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition and meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final, and we do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered.
Customers are requested to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged during shipping, is defective upon delivery, or an incorrect item has been received, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing binishaessentialswebsite@gmail.com. To help us review the request, customers should provide their order number along with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue being reported. Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or process a refund.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, a change of mind, incorrect product selection, dissatisfaction after use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after the product has been successfully delivered. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with after delivery are also not eligible for return or refund.
If a return request is approved, the customer must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving approval from us. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
For eligible and approved returns, we will provide free return shipping and share the necessary instructions for returning the product. Any item returned without prior authorization and approval will not be accepted. The returned item must be sent back in its original condition, including any original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
Certain products may be exempt from returns and refunds due to their nature, including personal care and beauty products, customized or personalized items, perishable goods, sale items, clearance products, and gift cards. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of a specific product, we encourage you to contact us before making a purchase.
If a refund is approved following the successful verification of a damaged or incorrect item claim, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. While we aim to process approved refunds promptly, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at binishaessentialswebsite@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with you and the payment provider to help resolve the issue.
